Why do you not have a quote form?

Because commercial scopes are not captured by form fields. Square footage, substrate, soiling, access, water availability, drainage and operating hours all change the price, and a short phone conversation gets us to an accurate site assessment faster than a form and a callback queue.

What information should I have ready when I call?

Property type and address, roughly what areas you want cleaned, the approximate size, whether there is water access on site, and when the property can accommodate work. If you do not know all of it, we will figure it out on the walkthrough.

How soon can you assess a property?

Usually within a few business days for properties in DeKalb County. Urgent situations — a grease spill, graffiti, a pre-inspection deadline — are handled as quickly as we can staff them.

Do you charge for a site assessment?

No. Walking the property is part of quoting commercial work accurately.
