Why property type matters

The property decides the method, the schedule and the sequence

A shopping center and a warehouse both have large concrete areas, but nothing else about the two projects is the same. Retail frontage has to be finished before tenants open and re-soils within weeks. A dock apron carries petroleum contamination that needs heat and degreasing and can only be touched between shipping windows.

We plan every project around how the property actually operates — who is on site, when the surface can be out of service, where water can go and what the maintenance cycle should look like afterward.

About the properties we serve

Do you only work on commercial properties?

Yes. MW Pressure Washing is a commercial contractor. Our equipment, water capacity, insurance and scheduling are all built around commercial, multifamily, institutional and municipal properties rather than single-family homes.

What size property do you take on?

Anything from a single retail storefront to a multi-building apartment community or an entire campus. The scope changes, but the assessment-first process does not.

Can you service more than one property for the same owner?

Yes. Portfolio and multi-site work is common. We can run one schedule and one scope standard across every property in a portfolio and report back to a single point of contact.

Do you have experience with public sector and institutional properties?

Yes. We work with schools, municipal facilities, parks, healthcare properties and religious campuses. We are MBE certified and a member of the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council, which matters for organizations with supplier diversity requirements.
