Commercial service
Commercial Parking Lot Cleaning
Targeted washing of lot concrete, curbs, islands, entries and problem areas.
- Commercial only
- Licensed and insured
- Serving DeKalb County
Overview
What parking lot cleaning covers
Parking areas are the first and last part of a property every visitor experiences. Entry lanes, cart corrals, dumpster approaches, islands and curb lines collect the contamination that makes an otherwise well-kept lot look tired.
Our parking lot work is exterior pressure washing focused on the areas where washing actually makes a difference. We do not offer street sweeping.

How the work is done
Method, sequencing and site conditions
Focused on high-impact areas
Washing an entire asphalt lot is rarely the right spend. Concrete sections, curbs, cart areas, entrances and stained zones deliver the visible improvement, and we scope the work around those areas.
Working around parked vehicles
Sections are coned and cleared in coordination with property staff, then released as work completes. On retail sites this is usually handled before opening; on apartment properties we work section by section with resident notice.
Working with us
From first call to recurring maintenance
- 01
Call and describe the property
Reach us at (404) 313-8900. We ask about property type, approximate square footage, surfaces, access and how the site operates during the day.
- 02
On-site assessment
We walk the property to identify surface types, substrate condition, soiling, water sources, drainage and staging. This is what makes a commercial quote accurate.
- 03
Written scope and schedule
You get a scope that lists exactly which areas are included, the method used on each, the sequence across buildings or levels, and the working window.
- 04
Work performed around operations
Crews work nights, early mornings, weekends or phased by building so parking, entrances, trash service and tenant access stay available.
- 05
Walkthrough and maintenance cycle
We walk the finished work with you and recommend a realistic recurring cycle for the areas that need it, rather than selling the same frequency to every property.

Questions
About parking lot cleaning
Do you offer parking lot sweeping?
No. We provide exterior pressure washing services. Mechanical street and lot sweeping is a separate trade and we do not represent it as part of our scope.
Should asphalt be pressure washed?
Asphalt is cleaned selectively and at controlled pressure, since aggressive washing can loosen the binder. Concrete sections, curbs and pads are where most parking lot washing is concentrated.
