Summer is the primary window for full-campus work. Fall, winter and spring breaks handle interim cleaning, and weekends cover targeted areas during the term. We build the schedule around your calendar rather than asking the campus to work around ours.
Student and staff safety
When work happens while a campus is occupied, areas are isolated, signed and returned to service before students move through them. Equipment and hose runs are kept out of pedestrian paths, and crews are briefed on campus access expectations.
Gum, food service and high-traffic concrete
Entrances, cafeteria approaches and courtyard commons accumulate gum and food residue faster than the rest of the campus. Hot water and steam remove gum without gouging the concrete, and cafeteria service areas get degreasing treatment.
