Loading Dock & Service Area Cleaning
Dock pits, aprons, ramps and truck court concrete cleaned of grease and rubber.
- Commercial only
- Licensed and insured
- Serving DeKalb County
Overview
What loading dock cleaning covers
Loading docks take more abuse than any other exterior surface on an industrial or retail property. Dock pits hold standing debris, aprons take hydraulic fluid and diesel, bumpers and walls collect rubber marking, and truck courts carry constant heavy traffic.
Clean docks are also safer docks — the area is a working surface for people on foot around moving equipment.

Surfaces and areas
What we clean under this scope
Scopes are written per property, but these are the areas this service normally includes.
- Dock pits and approach aprons
- Concrete truck courts
- Dock levelers and plate surrounds
- Bumper and wall marking
- Ramps and drive-down access
- Staging and stretch-wrap areas
- Employee entrances near docks
- Trash and recycling areas at the dock
How the work is done
Method, sequencing and site conditions
Grease, diesel and rubber
Dock contamination is a mix of petroleum products and rubber transfer. Hot water and degreasing lift the majority of it; heavily saturated older concrete will improve substantially without returning to original color.
Working around active shipping
Docks rarely stop. We work door by door around the shipping schedule, or clean during off-shift windows and weekends when a facility runs at capacity during the day.
Working with us
From first call to recurring maintenance
- 01
Call and describe the property
Reach us at (404) 313-8900. We ask about property type, approximate square footage, surfaces, access and how the site operates during the day.
- 02
On-site assessment
We walk the property to identify surface types, substrate condition, soiling, water sources, drainage and staging. This is what makes a commercial quote accurate.
- 03
Written scope and schedule
You get a scope that lists exactly which areas are included, the method used on each, the sequence across buildings or levels, and the working window.
- 04
Work performed around operations
Crews work nights, early mornings, weekends or phased by building so parking, entrances, trash service and tenant access stay available.
- 05
Walkthrough and maintenance cycle
We walk the finished work with you and recommend a realistic recurring cycle for the areas that need it, rather than selling the same frequency to every property.
